Stevenson Frail Associates Inc. was founded by Elizabeth Stevenson and James Frail in 2004 to provide services to executives and their teams in the areas of coaching, leadership development, business strategy and elevation of team decision making. They shared a vision of delivering the very best support that would enable teams and the individuals in them to reach their highest potential. Both Elizabeth and James are veteran consultants with a background that spans a broad industry and client base and have had senior roles in major consulting firms and boutique firms.
