We use assessment as the foundation for all our coaching initiatives and select the appropriate choice of test(s) with you in our initial meeting that will lead to you gaining significant personal insights. We determine, at the outset, what you wish to achieve in the course of our meetings together. We develop an action plan and establish applicable milestones with you and potentially in conjunction with your corporate sponsor. All our discussions are confidential and private and no personal information is collected without your consent in accordance with the Personal Information Privacy Act of Alberta (PIPA).
We strive to build trusting relationships with all our clients and are not afraid to share our own foibles in the constructing of those. We are firm believers that we all benefit from sincere sharing of each others’ setbacks and successes in life. As such, personal life challenges as well business issues will very likely play a part in our frank conversations.
While all coaching initiatives are unique, our general approach is to meet regularly from 60 to 90 minutes per session and typically are open ended with engagement ceasing when you feel you have achieved what you set out to achieve or because you feel the value of meeting no longer exists. Meetings are held in person, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams or a combination of all.
